Profiterols with Coffee Rum Sauce: The Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
• 4 tablespoons strong cold coffee
• sugar to taste

Instructions:

• Slowly add the cold coffee to the whipped cream, and fold in well. Sweeten to taste.
